To provide expertise and service in information, communication and dialogue with the public and media.

This Unit will perform the following activities: -

• Promote LGA’s policies, functions and programs;
• Up-date LGA’s information on the website;
• Prepare and implement communication strategy;
• Engage in dialogue with the public as well as media on various issues concerning the Council;

• Produce and disseminate documents such as brochures, articles, newsletters; and
• Coordinate press briefings.
